Privacy Policy

Overview

Remind Agent is an AI scheduling assistant that helps users check availability, create and manage meetings, and receive meeting reminders. This policy explains what information we process and why.

Information we process

When you sign in with Google, we receive basic account information such as your name, email address, and profile image. With your permission, we access Google Calendar availability and event information needed to provide scheduling features.

We also store meetings created through the service, scheduling preferences, encrypted Google authorization credentials, and browser push-subscription details when you enable notifications.

How information is used

We use this information only to authenticate you, check calendar availability, create, update or delete events at your request, enforce your scheduling preferences, display your meetings, and deliver reminders.

Scheduling prompts and the context required to answer them may be processed by an AI service provider. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

Google API data

Remind Agent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Calendar data is used only to provide the scheduling features that you request.

Storage and security

Application data is stored in a secured database. Google refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and deletion

You can revoke Remind Agent's Google access from your Google Account permissions. You may also request deletion of your Remind Agent account and stored data by emailing the address below. Revoking access does not automatically delete events already created in your Google Calendar.
